7) City life is not for everyone. Of course, if you live in a big modern city there are lots of opportunities to get a job or find a school for your children. On the other hand, there is a lot of crime in cities and, in addition, pollution from cars and factories is steadily getting worse.

Margaret Atwood was born on November 18, 1939 in the Canadian capital of Ottawa. She is one of three 1)__CHILD__ and her father was an entomologist, a person who studies insects, and her mother was a dietician.
