Mark Twain laughed and said, “The echoes which you have told us about are very unusual. But in a small church in Hannibal where I was born, there is an even more unusual echo. If someone says in a loud voice, “Good morning! How are you?”, the echo comes back after a moment very clearly, “I am very well, thank you, and how are you?”
Of course, Mark Twain’s friends not did not believe the story, but they enjoyed it.
