In today’s world more and more teens tend to work while going to school. Nevertheless, this is not as easy as it seems to be. Despite the advantages there are several disadvantages of working part-time while trying to complete an education.

There is no doubt that part-time work can be beneficial. To begin with, part-time jobs can be great as teens have more financial independence. For example, they can buy their own clothes, electronic equipment and entertainment without having to ask their parents for money. What is more, it helps their self conlidence and gives them terrific work experience.

On the other hand, there are drawbacks to working while trying to finish secondary school. One drawback is that work, study and play can be too much for some teens to handle. All the stress and tiredness may affect their health. Also, their grades might suffer because they have little time to study. Teens must also bear in mind that they are young and need time to hang out with friends.

All in all, studying while working part-time is probably one of the hardest things a teenager will ever do. But, in my opinion, an after-school job can be beneficial as long as the teenager does not work too I many hours and learns to balance their free time and study time well.

Для начала стоит сказать, что работа на неполный день может быть отличным делом, так как подростки имеют больше финансовой независимости. Например, они могут сами купить себе одежду, электронное оборудование и развлечение без необходимости просить денег у своих родителей. Более того, это помогает их уверенности в себе и дает им потрясающий опыт.

On the other hand (= however), there are drawbacks to working while trying to finish secondary school. Первый недостаток заключается в том, что работа, учеба и игра могут быть для подростков чрезмерной нагрузкой. Весь стресс и усталость могут повлиять на их здоровье. Также является тот факт, что их оценки могут пострадать из-за нехватки времени на учебу. Подростки также должны иметь в виду, что они молоды и нуждаются во времени для общения с друзьями.

All in all (= in conclusion), studying while working part-time is probably one of the hardest things a teenager will ever do. But, in my opinion, an after-school job can be beneficial as long as the teenager does not work too I many hours and learns to balance their free time and study time well. – В общем и целом хотелось бы сказать, что работа во время учебы является, вероятно, одной из самых трудных вещей, которые подросток когда-либо делает. Но, с моей точки зрения, работа после школы может принести пользу, если подросток работает не слишком много часов и учится соблюдать баланс в свободном времени и учебе.

However, there are drawbacks to taking exams. One drawback is that they take time away from classroom learning. Another disadvantage is that students may cheat and get grades they do not deserve. Also, students may get low marks if the exams are too long to finish or if they are not feeling well that day. – Однако, есть недостатки в сдаче экзаменов. Один недостаток заключается в том, что они отнимают время от учебе в классе. Другим недостатком является то, что ученики могут списать и получить оценки, которые они не заслуживают.
